The
Hong Kong’s NextGen Logistician Awards is an annual award for the logistics
industry advocated by the HKSAR Government in the Action Plan on Modern
Logistics Development and organised through collaboration of various sectors of
Hong Kong’s logistics trade with the support of the Hong Kong Logistics
Development Council. It aims to recognise and encourage young talents in the
logistics industry who have made significant achievements and shown remarkable
potential in innovative, high-end, smart and green logistics, and through the
success stories of the award winners, to introduce the new development
directions of modern logistics to the public, with a view to attracting more

1. Young Professional Award
The award aims to recognise young practitioners who have
demonstrated remarkable talent and potential for further advancement in the
logistics industry, as evidenced by exemplary performance in implementing major
logistics-related projects they participated in, especially in the areas of
innovation, high-end logistics development, smart logistics and green
logistics.
Nominees must be at middle management level or below and
under the age of 35 on the date of submission of application.
2. Young Executive Award
The award aims to recognise young executives at senior
management level who have demonstrated strong leadership and, apart from being
accomplished in their professional capacities, have made substantial
contributions to the development of Hong Kong’s logistics industry, especially
in the areas of innovation, sustainability, fostering of regional and
international collaboration and promotion.
Nominees
must have joined the industry for at least 5 years and are working at senior
management level, with their age being 45 or below at the time of submission of
nominations.
