Benson is currently a part time teacher of MTR Academy. He is the former Station Services Manager of West Rail Line and Ma On Shan Line in MTR, with more than 20 years of management and supervisory experience in bus operations. He specialized in safety management and control of bus operations.
He received two MBA degrees from Brunel University and University of Hull respectively in U.K. He is the Chartered Member of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong (CILTHK).

The purpose of this webinar is to share the development of MTR Bus Operations. Through the sharing, the participants are able to know the MTR actual bus operations in the areas of North East New Territories (NENT) and North West New Territories (NWNT) as well as its best practices and challenges. ________________________________________________________________________________________
