We are pleased to invite your esteemed organisation to submit a tender for the provision of comprehensive event management services for our upcoming CILT International Convention 2026. We are seeking an experienced and professional event management partner capable of delivering high-quality services that meet the expectations of prestigious international audiences.

Please find the preliminary event details below:-

• Event: CILT International Convention 2026
• Dates: 20–23 September 2026 (Sunday to Wednesday)
• Venue: To Be Confirmed
• Expected Attendees: 180–300 international delegates, including accompanying family members

The Scope of Services and Tender Submission Form are attached for your reference. Kindly submit your detailed proposal, including all required documents to CILTHK Office by 19 January 2026 (Monday) at 17:00 HKT.

About The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong (CILTHK) www.cilt.org.hk is the professional body for those engaged in various sectors of transport and logistics, including air, sea and land, for both passengers and freight transportation. The Chartered Institute of Transport (CIT) was formed in the United Kingdom in 1919 as the Institute of Transport and became a Chartered Institute in 1926.  The Institute first set up the Hong Kong Branch in 1968 and it was upgraded to the Hong Kong Section in 1972.  On 1 October 1991, the Hong Kong Section was upgraded to National Council status and renamed as the Chartered Institute of Transport in Hong Kong (CITHK).  This change gave CITHK the authority to handle all Institute matters independently.
