Institute of Transport Studies of The University of Hong Kong will organise a course entitled “Fiscal Measures for Combatting Traffic Congestion in Hong Kong” delivered by Ir Alfred C.Y. Lam and Dr Timothy D. Hau. This course explores the rudimentary and sophisticated fiscal measures for addressing traffic congestion in Hong Kong and overseas.
