Bay Area Planning Awards 2024
Opens for Submissions Now
In celebration of the 45th anniversary of the Hong Kong Institute of
Planners (HKIP), following the great success of the inaugural event to promote
the planning and development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Areas
(GBA), and foster closer collaboration with mainland China and Macau
counterparts, the HKIP will host the “GBA Planning Awards 2024”.
The theme of this year's awards is "Sustainable Urban
Development: Integration and Utilisation of Blue-Green Resources". Under
sound planning practices and applications, a proper balance between development
and environment conservation can be struck through flexible utilisation and
integration of "blue-green" resources. By raising public
awareness to sustainable urban planning and development and encouraging
industry professionals involved in GBA development to create sustainable,
livable and human-centric cities.
The HKIP “GBA Planning Awards 2024” is now open for application and submissions.
We sincerely invite planners and other professionals to submit your work. For
details, please refer to the HKIP GBA Planning Awards 2024 poster. The
