Jennifer is currently a Part-Time Teacher of MTR Academy. She is the former Assistant Training Manager in MTR Corporation Ltd., with more than 20 years of railway operations experience and 10 years of training experience in station operations from station equipment, station management to railway safety.
She holds the Bachelor of Business (Management) specializing in Logistics & Supply Chain Management of Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University. ____________________________________________
Running the safest train services is the most important vision in railway industry. The function of station operation is to deliver the services that ensure passengers using the network in a safe, reliable and comfortable environment. They include managing the systems to keep the rail network working and passengers’ behaviour to keep passengers safe.
