The MTR Railway Operations Associate (ROA) Programme provides programme participants with a structured classroom and on-the-job training covering skills and knowledge in relation to railway operations. Participants will attach different frontline positions to gain experience in station/ train services/ Operations Control Centre to deliver excellent customer services to the community. Under the guidance of experienced supervisors and managers, participants will obtain comprehensive knowledge of railway operations through a fast-track approach by active participation in the development of activities and project-based assignments.

Talents with degree from all disciplines and with a minimum of 1 year's experience. preferably gained in the operational, transport and/or customer service industries, who posses the following qualities:

- Able to work under pressure and commit to shift duty
- Willingness to embrace digital transformation in pursuit of innovation and excellence
To facilitate potential talents to have a better understanding of MTR railway business, the Railway Operations Associate (ROA) programme and the select process, MTR organises this recruitment talk and visit exclusively for CILTHK members ONLY. The graduated ROA, Mr Henry Kong, Assistant Manager - Traffic, will also share his MTR career journey, as well as hints and tips for the application. The talk will be followed by a visit to MTR Operation Training Centre in Kowloon Bay Depot.
